Mohamed Ali Ramly, 52, is accused of contravening a management order with out affordable excuse by failing to put on a masks over his nostril and mouth whereas not at house.
He went to Li Li Cheng Minimart at Block 651, Jurong West Avenue 61 at about 6pm on Apr 17, cost sheets state.
